Save the Date - This card is sent to clients 4+ months before wedding invitations are sent. These are an excellent way to inform your guests in advance of your wedding date to avoid clashing with holidays.
Invitation - There are two kinds of invitation, day and evening. They are sent to your guests detailing relevant information including the who's, when's and where's of the wedding ceremony.
RSVP - Allows a guest to respond to your invitation.
Information Card - Gives all relevant information to guests including venue details, taxi numbers and hotel addresses.
Order of Service - This can either be handed to guests by the Ushers as they enter the church or marriage room or be placed upon the pews ready for guests arrivals. They detail the itinerary for the ceremony.
Pew Card - This reserves a seat for an intended guest. Great for keeping certain people apart!
Usher Card - This card is presented to an usher by a guest. It will detail who they are and where they are sitting - the usher will then either direct or lead them to their seat.
